This was a Farmer's Co-op that I worked at in Sparta, TN. My job included providing assistance to customers, answering questions and offering product recommendations tailored to their needs. I educated customers on organic, locally sourced, and medicinal products, grains, and food products, guiding them in selecting herbal teas and goods to support specific health goals.

I managed order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness during both peak and off-peak hours, and even created and promoted new menu items to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. I fostered a friendly, positive atmosphere even during high-traffic periods, contributing to strong customer loyalty, and also worked on small marketing projects to boost sales of new products and educate consumers.

I assisted the lead grower in all tasks, including growing perennial and annual flowers, planting plugs, organizing inventory, watering, repotting materials, creating displays, working technically on the greenhouses. I worked in assisting customers with all plant-related questions and needs, and helped them to select the best plant for their environment.

My job often required problem-solving, heavy lifting, and coordinating with others. I mixed and sprayed fertilizers, herbicides and insecticides onto shrubs, trees, and grass. I unloaded plants and nursery items from delivery trucks, and diagnosed and treated pest and disease problems in plants, shrubs and trees.

I managed the landscapes of approximately 50 commercial properties working in the Research Triangle of North Carolina. I scheduled employees, met with clients, ordered products and enhancements based on each client's needs, and determined what needed to be done on a daily basis to achieve customer satisfaction. I also designed new or improved landscapes for clients throughout the entire branch as requested to enhance the properties and fix certain problems. 

I worked with the sales team and as a saleswoman myself to collaboratively reach financial targets, consistently meeting or exceeding personal quotas. I met existing customers to review current services and expand sales opportunities. I fostered lasting relationships with customers through effective communication and quick response, resulting in long-term loyalty and expanded client base.

I Kept detailed records of daily activities through online customer database, and within my own personal notes and files. I identified new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, marketing and prospective database leads.
