Overview of Responsibilities
Here is a brief overview of the type of work I performed as an Account Manager and Landscape Designer for my company. I managed many properties for my region and drafted designs for every company project. I learned many valuable skills in managing workloads, clients, and employees.

Client Relations
I meet with clients and maintained an open line of communication to build trust, solve concerns, and meet needs for current and future endeavors.

Landscape Design
Whether it be an enhancement install that I worked on for my own client or otherwise, I was the person in my branch responsible for generating the designs for our clients, future and current.

Sales and Development
I actively searched for possible improvements on the property to sell, proposed my ideas for property enhancement and growth with the client's contract, including installs, renewals, and extra work.

Seasonal Color
I also managed the annual bed installation on my properties and helped with other properties for the company, selecting flowers and helping schedule installation and maintenance across the board.

Lawncare Management
I managed multiple landscape crews for seasonal maintenance, duties including: mowing, weeding, edging, leaf removal, annual bed installs, mulch, and pruning as dictated by the contract and season.

Administrative
I monitored my properties for weekly work priorities, wrote and submitted proposals, scheduled my employees and myself, managed seasonal duties, responded to calls and emails from clients, attended weekly meetings, and showed up to job sites for every project and install.
